Central marketing platform and marketing support for new construction projects
PRIMUS Immobilien AG approached our agency with the request to reposition its digital presence with a customer-friendly focus on sales.
Our solution: we developed a central marketing platform with a template system. Using this system, individual websites for specific projects can be prepared internally, in a swift and straightforward manner. The housing portfolio is automatically synchronised and updated with the SalesForce CRM and ImmobilienScout24.
We were also responsible for the integrated marketing of the new PRIMUS beach resort construction project. By using a sophisticated cross-media marketing strategy involving a successful print and online media mix, we were able to pave the way for the highly successful sales of holiday homes.
